Bicycle Accident

So, I completely neglected blogging in the month of December. Probably my holiday laziness kicking in.

Well, I'm back. Went to a vehicle-bicycle accident. A 15-year old was hit. Surprisingly, from what we know, the kid (I'm assuming a boy) was transferred to the local Children's hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
Why surprisingly? Well, because he mashed up the front windshield REAL well and lost both of his shoes in the accident. Check it out.

Check out the full story, with updates in the next couple hours.

The first image is also the first iPhone image that I have taken that will be published in print. Kinda cool. I took it to have something to transmit back for web.

A California truck accident lawyer analyzes 2008 truck accident statistics and compiled a simple list of driving strategies to avoid an accident with a truck. Whether the truck driver has a seizure, makes a poor judgment or simply does not perceive the possibility of an accident, many truck accident victims can prevent their involvement by following these four simple steps.

That is a remarkably startling image you captured of the iPod wrapped around the antenna of the car. Together with the shattered windshield, your photography clearly illustrates the type of impact involved in an accident like this. It is amazing that the 15-year-old’s injuries were not life-threatening. We would be interested know how the driver lost control of the car since your pictures seem to indicate that there was no snow or ice on the actual roadway.
